Having initially established themselves as the leading emergency services provider through the Medical Rescue business, they have grown to become a leading provider of integrated healthcare solutions and a distributor of pharmaceutical products, with their Prime Health brand. In addition, they have introduced and grown to become a leading provider of outsourced inbound and outbound contact centre solutions.

Envisaging herself as a model healthcare organization leading with innovation and at the forefront of customer care, MRI seeks a Managing Director up for the challenge. They seek to attract a business-minded professional who has the drive and energy to lead strategically and  boldly from the front, tackle strategic challenges, enhance operations, optimise the performance of profit centres and maximise profitability. Innovation will be key driver in delivery of spotting and identifying opportunities, business transformation, customer satisfaction and enhancing operational efficiency towards being fit for purpose for a new world of healthcare.

Leadership and managerial competence will be the key for success in this role. You will have entrepreneurial/ business experience (at least 10 years in progressive leadership roles); appropriately qualified, preferably to masters level in a business or a healthcare related discipline. You will be expected to possess the following competencies: strategic orientation, business acumen, networking and negotiation, stakeholder and relationship management, change management and collaboration.
