Job Vacancy Position: 3 x ATM Field Services Engineer (Preference will be given to Batswana)

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

To provide on-site technical support service and workshop repairs to various ATM Products and Modules, and to effectively resolve any problems that our clients may report efficiently and effectively, within the agreed SLA times.There will be a need to travel to client sites. To ensure all information is accurately recorded pertaining to the call and to maintain a professional approach and manner with the customer at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• BGCSE, IGSCE, Matric or other equivalent qualification
• A + and N + Certifications
• Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Diploma (will be added advantage)
• NCR or Diebold or Wincor ATM certifications required

CORE SKILLS REQUIRED:

A strong aptitude on working with mechanical, electro-mechanical and electronic systems / devices. The ability to logically troubleshoot and repairs to these systems, both hardware and software.

Must be computer literate, and must be able to operate in multiple operating systems and have a good understanding of networks.

Additional skills:

• Software and Hardware troubleshooting
• Clean valid drivers license essential
• Good technical and analytical skills coupled with the ability to communicate at various levels

Must have perseverance in meeting SLA targets, with critical attention to detail, dedication to achieving service excellence and being customer focused at all times .The ability to self manage and be results driven.
