Job Requirements:

• Develops and manages the performance of subordinates in achievement of agreed strategy, business plans and budgets.
• Develops, coordinates and executes the organisation’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the business.
• Identifies, develops and maintain key business relationships with Principals, business partners, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Oversees the company’s overall financial performance, investments and other business ventures.
• Develops and directs the implementation of organisational policies, processes, systems and all ventures.
• Ensure a continuous cycle of review for improvement.
• Master’s in Business Administration.
• Knowledgeable in Financial, strategic and Operations management
• Negotiating and Influencing skills.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in similar position.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial Acumen.
• Excellent communication.
• Results Oriented.
