The ideal candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
A minimum of a Junior Certificate (JC) or an equivalent qualification is required for positions listed under categories 1 – 4.
A minimum of a Botswana General Certificate in Secondary Education (BGCSE) is required for positions listed under categories 5 – 6 and upwards.
Be adaptable and prepared to work in a fast-paced FMCG business environment.
Be willing to interact with, and serve, customers from different social backgrounds.
Be open-minded and ready to learn new performance standards and procedures.
Proven work experience in the position being applied for will be an added advantage.
