This is a great opportunity for four seasoned, well-rounded and suitably qualified creative industry professionals with amazing personalities, who are also highly enthusiastic and passionately self-driven digital natives.

The roles

In a world that is increasingly digital, you will be responsible for helping to develop and visualize strategically sound and exciting ‘big ideas’ that connect consumer observations with brand equities You will be required to ensure that your ‘big ideas’ are brought to life creatively and effectively, working with the client management team to ensure deliverables are on brief, on time and on brand You must have a solid knowledge of the brands assigned to you and be able to determine their category as well as enumerate their competition. A thorough knowledge of industry and related best practice is essential.

Creative Profiles

You must be a keen observer of marketing trends, actively in touch with ever changing consumers, technology and social networking tools You must be a natural creator and presenter of pro-active ideas to clients when called upon.

You should be able to present activation programs to clients, with a high level of showmanship, maintaining and leveraging positive relationships with client management executives. You are required to help foster a sptnt of teamwork and camaraderie beyond, not just the creative team, but throughout the agency

Skills and experience required

These are very senior positions with a responsibility to manage, mentor and direct junior team members, as well as assume client facing duties. Ideal candidates should therefore have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field of study, with at least 10 years of active experience in similar environments and positions of accountability Regional and international market exposure will be a definite plus, in addition to.
