- Assist clients to fill application forms
- Attend to general inquiries for telephone or in person
- To check if Customers brought all the requirements
- Ability to detect fraud and reports it immediately
- To receive visitors and attend to their needs
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Admin related field
- A Degree is an added advantage
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Setswana
- A driver’s license will be an added advantage
- The receptionist should have time management skills
