The applicant should possess not less than 15 years mechanical engineering experience with wide and deep knowledge in management and project coordination of Turnkey projects.
Exposure to Gas and Water Pipe Line International project management & comprehensive awareness about Botswana Government tendering and project management culture is a must.
Professional Project Management and people-centred leadership skills is also a necessity.
Successful applicants will be expected to use the latest engineering software and applicable project management tools for them to deliver our project expectations.
Qualifications:
- Relevant engineering degree (preferably mechanical) ERB Practicing certificate, Botswana Institute of Engineering Membership in Leadership Management with at least 3 traceable references is a required recruitment criterion.
