Branch Tellers (x2 positions) – Mukuru

Mukuru has exciting opportunities available for 2 branch tellers to join our team. Both positions are based in Maun, Botswana

The main purpose of this role is to provide foreign exchange services in a professional and efficient manner

This position is responsible for processing foreign exchange transactions in an accurate and professional way.

They are required to carry out transactions in a legally complaint manner by checking the integrity of the documents provided identify potential fraudulent documents

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process foreign exchange transactions accurately
• Ensure correct and valid documentation provided by customers in order to ensure legal compliance
• Manage own stock to ensure accurate balancing
• Maintain current knowledge of foreign exchange and ICFX system
• Uphold the company brand
• Manage own professional and self-development.
• Other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• The branch teller must have a Grade 12 or equivalent
• Mukuru forex consultant training course
• Must remain current and competent by passing tests and assignment
• Knowledge of foreign currencies
• 1 year customer service consultant experience
• Foreign exchange experience
• The branch tellers should have Knowledge of Botswana reserve bank regulations
• Knowledge of ICFX system
• Computer skills
• Telephone skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Organisational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
