General Office Assistant – HWWB

Under the overall guidance and supervision of the Admin Officer. The role of the general office assistant will be to provides administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment. You will maintain full confidentiality in all aspects of assignments

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in meeting and event preparation and follow up
• Update and maintain contact list and membership list
• Assist Admin Officer to maintain office facilities, utilities, and equipment as well as maintain office supply inventory
• Maintain admin files under direction of the Admin Officer
• Assist finance department with banking and procurement errands
• Fax, scan and copy documents as requested by senior stuff
• Back up receptionist during absences at the front desk
• Organize travel arrangement to attendees at staff meeting

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• The General Office Assistant should have a High School diploma or equivalent, Business college training is an added advantage
• Previous office experience may be requested but this can also be entry level position
• Competent computer skills including MsOffice
• Driver’s license with 2 year clean driving record as a requirement
