ACCOUNTS OFFICER /BOOKKEEPER wanted at TriOptimum Logistics

Job Description

To provide functional Accounts/ Administration Service in line with TriOptimum Logistics policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

*Diploma in Accounts.

*5 years post qualification experience in Admin Accounts/Book keeping environment.

*Proficiency in MS office suite.

*Valid Driver’s License.

Key Activities

• Daily cash deposits, complete and forward to the bookkeeper-Head Office.
• Check, verify and process Payable invoices (File related/GL related), subsequently deliver to respective payable.
• Cheques (Ensure all supporting documents are attached and forward to bookkeeper)
• Maintain record keeping on all receivable/payables
• Follow up on all overdue receivables
• Petty cash(distribution,reconciliation,record keeping)
• Filling documents.
• Up keeping good relationship with partners, clients, and authorities.
• Training of new employees and trainees.
• Maintain a high degree client satisfaction.
• Compiling all accounts related issues.
• Execute any other duties reasonably related to job as allocated by Line Supervisor’s or higher Authority
