Lake Ngami Conservation Trust invites applications from suitably qualified citizens of Botswana to fill the position of Trust Manager. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Board of Trustees.
KEY RESULT AREAS
a) Resource Mobilization and Implementation of Trust Projects for profit generation and ensure business growth in the Trust.
b) Plan and implement systems that perform the business of the Trust and fulfill its objectives efficiently and effectively.
c) Provide oversight and direction over Trust resources including its personnel
d) Maintenance of Relations with all Stakeholders of the Trust
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have at least a university degree in Business Administration/Tourism Management/Corporate Governance/Business Management/Marketing Management or equivalent from a reputable institution. Skills in Marketing and Financial Management will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be computer literate.
EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a minimum of five (5) years hands on experience in a similar position preferably in a CBO environment with a valid Botswana driving license with no endorsements. Be prepared to work in rural areas. With a record of working with Non-Governmental Organisation/ Private companies.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
– Driver’s licence
– Computer literacy
SALARY: BWP10,000.00
LEAVE: The ideal candidate will be entitled to 24 leave days per annum.
