INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS OFFICER (2 POSITIONS):

Job Purpose

To provide, assistance and support to members with grievances or involved in disputes with their employers to ensure that such grievances or disputes are handled equitably, speedily and in the interests of members.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

o A University Degree in Human Resources Management or related area.

o At least two years’ experience as HR or Industrial Relations Officer with a thorough understanding of Botswana labour laws and practices particularly in relation to public sector workers.
