Experienced Manager needed for a Guesthouse in Tsabong. The Guesthouse is made up of 10
exquisitely furnished bedrooms.

The candidate responsibilities will include the overall management of the business and supervision of
the lower staff.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Oversee the overall management of the Guesthouse
• High levels of hospitality and high-quality standards are met
• Optimum room occupancy levels
• Analyzing sales and expenditure of the business
• Brand loyalty for the Guesthouse
• Developing new and innovative strategies for the business

Qualifications and Skills –

• Two (2) years of experience, Diploma in Hospitality Management,
• Innovative and Computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
