POST: CONVERGED NETWORKS TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering
• Cisco Unified Communication certification
• F5 Administration and Configuration certification
• Any other VoIP certifications will be an added advantage

Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in ICT and Telecommunications industry.
• Must have exposure in implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of complex multi­vendor environments
• Experience with VoIP and Collaboration (video, voice , omni-channel contact centers & messaging) solutions desirable.
• Enterprise SIP implementations with AudioCodes or Anynode SBCs.
• Pre-Sales experience in ICT solutions and services.

Advanced Level Experience in:

• Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
• Cisco Routing and Switching, UC, Data Center knowledge.
• Designing and implementing large-scale network infrastructure projects.
• Designing and deploying LANs, WANs, WLANs , WAN optimisation with QoS and load­balancing.
• Campus Wi-Fi solutions for Enterprise, Education (Universities and Colleges) and Service Provider Wi-Fi.
• Service provider IP transmission experience ( optical and microwave)
• Core Routing and Switching experience with layer 2 and layer 3 dynamic network protocols such as OSPF, BGP and Multicast.
• Working with Service Provider customers to implement and troubleshoot BGP operations, MPLS VPNs both layer 2 and layer 3.
• Site to Site as well as Remote Access VPN maintenance on firewalls & routers.
• Familiarity with network-centric applications such as DNS, TACACS, RADIUS and Syslog would be an advantage, as would experience of 802.lx network authentication.
• Technical presentations to customers on various technologies.
