CA Sales & Distribution urgently requires the service of a

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

This is a Senior Level position which requires self motivated person with excellent inter-personal and analytical skills. She/he should possess most of the following attributes

Qualification:

• Master Degree in Business Administration specialization in Finance and More than 10 years of Experience in Analytical/ Senior Level Position
• Good knowledge & Work Experience in Retail & International FMCG market
• Oversees portfolio build for division to drive acquisition of good Quality and Balanced Mix of accounts, reduce costs and ensure sustained profitability.
• Establishes measures for the effective flow. timely follow -up & healthy closure rate of the leads across the division.
• Manages lead sources for the business development Strengthens the relationship and applies regular focus on developing the top of lead funnel to sustain & grow business units
• Business management skills likes Forward contracts. Hedging Ratio analysis. International Marketing Analysis, etc.
• Project Management Experience
• Good knowledge of ERP systems like SAP Business one – 92. MS Office, etc.
• Supports Recruitment Training Retention and Mentoring of Sales Teams Responsible for controlling staffs attrition within the branch.
• Liaises with other units and bus messes for the new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
