An exciting opportunity exists for a SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER at AVI INTERNATIONAL, Gaborone, Botswana. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the sales team with a focus on managing and improving performance related to sales and quality. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing all aspects of their department including, but not limited to leading our innovative and growing operations team.

REPORTING STRUCTURE: General Manager

DIRECT REPORTS: Merchandising Manager, Sales Reps and Sales Admin Supervisor

JOB SPECIFICATION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 8 years sales experience within the FMCG Industry
• Minimum of 3 years at management level within sales

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade 12
• Relevant Commercial Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing
• Post graduate business qualification will be highly advantageous
