We invite Qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position that is vacant in our organization:

Workshop Supervisor/Manager

Qualification:

Applicants must possess a minimum of Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an internationally recognized Institution. They must have a minimum of five (5) years HANDS ON experience as Supervisors in electrical machines refurbishment.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have extensive experience in the repair and servicing of any of the following electrical machines; Motors, Generators, Submersible Pumps, Welding Machines, and Transformers.
• He/She must have extensive technical experience with any of the various electrical machines.
• Incumbent must have knowledge in coordinating, planning and organising activities in the workshop to ensure maximum productivity.
• He/She must have the ability to work accurately under pressure without supervision and work well in a team
• Incumbents must have excellent leadership, team building, communication and client handling skills
