As Diagnostic Technician you will be ensuring high level customer satisfaction through carrying out diagnosis, communicating vehicle status in the workshop and repairs with customers, booking vehicle for service, making sure workshop is equipped to carry out work according to service plan, giving technical support to workshop staff and updating breakdown reports on a weekly basis as well as opening and closing job cards on time.
Requirements:
You will have a motor mechanic technical qualification with 8 years relevant post-experience. It is essential to be able to work well under pressure, have attention to detail, ability to work independently, have high-energy levels, problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
