Vacancies exist for the following positions tenable at our various operations within Botswana Mines and our Lobatse workshops:

Must have at least:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Structural Engineering, or Advanced Technician Diploma in Construction
- Valid ERB practising certificate for 2020
- At least 1 0 years experience at Project Manager level in a construction industry of which minimum 2 years in Mining environment
- Good Interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Have good knowledge Re: SATCC, FIDIC and SANS
- Understanding of engineering drawings
NB: In all the above, candidates will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent Safety’, Health and Environmental (SHE) Knowledge
- Ability’ to develop a basic risk assessment and associated risk mitigation strategy
- Good understanding of the MQWM Act, Botswana
- Good understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Systems
