VACANT POSITION: EXECUTIVE WORKING MANAGING DIRECTOR

AFGRI EQUIPMENT requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to be appointed in the above mentioned vacant position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

•      Tertiary qualification in business & economic management

•      +10 years experience (sales, marketing and technical) on John Deere agricultural products together with systems & processes

•      +10 years management experienced of which involve the management of a foreign office

•      High level of experience & knowledge of agricultural environment

•      Good financial skills & knowledge of currency exchange & markets

•       Good verbal & written communication skills

•      Valid driver’s licence & Police clearance

• Recruiting & ongoing professional development of employees
• Build & maintain good customer relationships
• Apply best practice stock control measures
• Monitor income & expenses monthly
