ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION TRAINEE JOB
(IMMEDIATE START)

We are urgently looking for an Assistant Administration Trainee, who is capable of working in the following Departments:

• Reception (Receiving and Signing out Completed Jobs)
• Administration (Accounts Office)
• Design and Advertising (Assit clients on Art work submission requirements)
• Marketing (Assist with Marketing and looking for New Clients)
• Able to Assist with any other business as requested by Management

(Communication Services)

Qualifications:

• At least a Certificate in Accounting or Account Management.
• One year experience in a related field.
• Ability to learn and take orders from Management.
• Ability to work overtime If needed.
• Aged between 24-50 years Male or Female.
• Ability to work unsupervised from Monday (08-17hrs) to Saturday (08-13hrs) with an hour lunch daily.
• Social Media skills a must have for this role.
• Fluent in both Setswana and English.
