An upcoming PET STORE wishes to recruit the services of a credible, proficient and innovative

Key Performance Areas:

– Daily monitoring of stores sales turnover and budgets and maintain customer service
– Manage, control and administer stock movement including of stock in the store to maximize sales turnover
– Monitor and control all stores expenses within allocated budgets
– Controlling, selection and supervision of staff
– Training and development of staff
-Animal Care; Pet store managers must also ensure that all animals in their stores are treated humanely and in accordance with local regulations and animal care guidelines.

The minimum competencies that they are looking for in their ideal candidate are:

Requirements:

– Minimum Diploma in any business or related field

Experience:

– Ideally you will have experience working in Retail Store at similar position for at least 3 years.
– Proficiency in POS programs and other packages like MS Excel and MS Outlook is a must.
– Experience in the pet care industry will be an added advantage
