DEPUTY PRINCIPAL_PRIMARY SCHOOL

REQUIREMENTS:

Education; a recognized Higher Diploma in Education and or Bachelors Degree in the Education. Experience; at least 15 years’ experience in Teaching, 6 years’ experience in the School management of which 2 is Deputy Principal and at least 2 years in Development positions.

DUTIES:

• Manage the Primary School through implementation of the business models in support of ADvTECH Academic
• Academic performance of the Primary School
• Curriculum Development and Syllabus implementation
• Marketing and Public Relations.
• Enrolments and admissions
• Supervisory role to all the Primary school employees
• Human resources activities
• Health and Safety.
• Involvement in Parent Connect sessions, identifying speakers
• Career development programs
• Digital Literacy implementation and running
• STASY monitoring
• Planning, Development and implementation
