Purpose:
Oversee the internal and external marketing campaigns of the organization. To help create and distribute marketing strategies and campaigns for the organization to maximize profits through the development of sales strategies that match consumer requirements as well as promote services, products and ideas.
Key Performance Indicators
• Responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products and services.
• Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving web traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
• Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
• Analyze the competition and oversee the market research function.
• Coordinating company promotions, exhibitions and events.
• Collaborating with the sales teams to maintain existing and acquiring new customers
Competencies
• Computer proficiency
• Social media management experience
• In-depth research and analysis skills
• Public speaking
• Creativity, innovation and thinking outside of the box
• Networking and communication skills
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related-field.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a marketing position.
