POST(S): TEMPORARY FIELD ASSISTANTS (21 POSTS- 6 Months)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified citizens for the post of temporary field assistant tenable at Kopong, Hatsalatladi, Boatlame, Medie, Gakutlo, Kgope, Lephepe, Shadishadi & Ditshukudu for a period of 6 months from date of commencement of duty.
SALARY: B5 Scale bottom notch scale (p3538.00 per month)
LEAVE: 20 working days per annum
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
•Measuring the fields in the Department Of Crop Production under ISPAAD programme.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum of Junior Certificate.
•18-45 years of age
•Have no criminal record
•Must be physically & mentally fit
•Must be of sober habits
DUTIES:
•Measure fields ploughed/planted under ISPAAD programme.
•Calculate the total area ploughed/planted.
•Fill in the practical completion certificates.
•Submit completed certificates to the supervisor for checking.
•Distribution of Seeds, compilation of reports or any other duties cognizable to the job.
•Undertaking any other related duties as required meeting the exigencies of the service.
