NATIONAL SERVICE MANAGER – BOTSWANA

JOB SUMMARY:

The overall management of the Field Service and Workshops of BH Botswana these Include the branches.

DUTIES:

• Management of the service department
• Complying with all applicable laws and SHE regulations for the industry
• Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
• Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
• Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
• Organising and executing training programs for workshop personnel
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence In all areas
• Increasing brand awareness tor the company within the industry
• Interacting with customers on a regular basis Io ensure Customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 10-15 years management experience in heavy metal machinery
• Minimum 5 years of experience with JCB machinery.
• Ability to meet set goals & proven record of achieving revenue targets
• Results-driven attitude, leadership & strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office & specifically MS Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification
• Experience In strategic planning and execution
• Quality Management
• Previously employed in a similar role within a yellow metal distributor.
