Mont Trade (Pty) Ltd T/A The Agric Shop/ Feed Centre Botswana is the leading agricultural service provider in the country. The Company offers wide range of agricultural products. The Company has the vacancy of Sales and Admin Manager tenable in our branch- Gaborone.
The Sales and Admin Manager will be responsible for:
• Ensuring full compliance of ISPAAD/subsidy sales
• Processing of all ISPAAD/ subsidy invoices, claims and invoices
• Submission of ISPAAD/ Subsidy invoices to relevant stakeholders
• Follow up all payments relating to ISPAAD/ subsidy
• Coordinate all ISPAAD/ Subsidy activities within the Company
QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Business Management, Accounts or any other equivalent qualification acceptable by Mont Trade ( Pty) Ltd
• At least five (5) years’ relevant experience undertaking duties as above
• Must have basic debt collection skills
• Experience gained in a retail environment will be an added advantage.
• Must be in possession of Class B SADC Driver’s license
• Must be competent with Kerridge Commercial Software or any retail software acceptable to Mont Trade ( Pty) Ltd
