MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in HR Management, Business or equivalent
• Three (3) years HR master data systems experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Deadline driven

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Effective and accurate administration of time keeping system
• Daily efficiency control, i.e. closing off efficiency once the bookings/corrections are done
• Ensures timesheets corresponds with actual time registers on a weekly basis
• Creation of all new employees into the time and attendance system, inclusive of creation and issuance of clocking cards
• Administration of resignations/terminations on time keeping system
• Accurate administration of all employee attendance on the system
• Accurate administration of employee leave on the system
• Accurate HR reporting;ad-hoc reports
  daily reports: efficiency, attendance
  weekly: headcount, overtime, absence
  monthly: absence, efficiency
