Mitchell Drilling Botswana is a diverse drilling services Company dedicated to safe, efficient and innovative Drilling program delivery for mining projects. It is run by seasoned Drill rig Operators, Geologists, Drill Rig Equipment Mechanics, Drill Safety Coordinators with extensive experience in management of drill contracts. The Company is currently looking to fill the following positions to be based in Botswana.

DRILL RIG ELECTRO-HYDRAULLICS FITTER

In addition to the above, the successful candidate must possess extensive knowledge and direct experience working on Drill Rig Equipment such as RCC Sandvik UDR 1500

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

• Design and set up of the operations base
• Implementing repairs and preventative maintenance on all drills and related equipment
• Implementing design and maintenance of Drilling Equipment
• Overseeing the implementation of all maintenance and Quality Assurance & Quality Control business systems
• Manage the day to day operations of the site workshop and facility ensuring both equipment and personnel are available.
• Working with Drill Rig Operators .Project Managers, stores and field operations to deliver quality service
• Manage communication with equipment suppliers with regards to technical support and improvements required

Experience and Competency

• Minimum 10 years of experience:

• Drill Rig Equipment in Rigging Fundamentals
• Electro- Mechanical Hydraullics Training
• Automotive Technician Trainning
