Bana ba Metsi Rehabilitation School has a vacancy for the position of:

TECHNICAL HEAD

DUTIES

• Coordinate the skills/manual work programme of the school.
• Perform the role of Operations Manager including co-ordinator of transport.
• Supervise the physical upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Serve on the institution’s management team.
• Play a full role in all school assemblies, meetings and functions.
• Provide practical-based lessons.
• Play a full role in the pastoral/rehabilitation training of the teenagers in the programme.

REQUIREMENTS

• A broad working knowledge of building, technical and mechanical skills.
• A minimum of 5 years working with teenagers, with proven interest, in rehabilitation or skills development or emotional intelligence.
• Academic qualification at the minimum of diploma level.
• The willingness to work on Saturdays.

REMUNERATION

• Annual basic salary in the range of P 149,040 to P 169,152 plus remote service allowance.
• Accommodation provided.
• 50% medical aid provision.
