A.S.A. Enterprises is a multi-disciplinarily Engineering Contracting company. The following position has become available.

Finance Controller

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Key member of the Top Management Team, reporting to the CEO.
• Responsible for Finance, Banking, Taxation, Insurance, Legal Compliances, M.I.S. and Audit, IFRS REPORTING.
• Management Accounts, ERP/Standard Operating Procedures Implementation.
• Identify, Structure and build Strategic Alliances for Technology, and carry out Due Diligence of Joint Ventures Partners, Acquisitions, and other Business opportunities.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 10 years of post-professional qualification demonstrated experience in Project Management, Manufacturing and Trading
• Out of which a minimum of 5 years in a Managerial Capacity.
• Must be Computer Literate, and have exposure to ERP Systems.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent from an Institute of International repute.
