Training and Development Officer wanted at Great Explorations/ Xigera Safari Lodge

Great Explorations/ Xigera Safari Lodge is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to join their ambitious team in the capacity of a Training and Development Officer Stationed in Maun.

Job Summary:

The candidate will be reporting and Liaising with the Human Resources Manager and Recruitment Officer. The candidate will be responsible for developing and administering staff training programs to enhance highly motivated staff members and continuous staff retention.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration Or Human Resources Management

Work experience & Requirements

• 3-5 Years working experience in recruitment operations
• Must be a certified trainer from a well-established and recognised institution
• Must be able to develop staff training needs and training effectiveness
• Schedule training sessions in-person and online
• Understands new educational and training techniques and methods
• Training in leadership and Class B driver’s license will be added advantage
• Must have a clean police clearance
