ESTIMATION AND PROJECT PLANNING/COORDINATION MANAGER

Job Description:

1. Design and Preparation of robust Technical and Priced Bids
2. Preparation of Specs and documentation control for Electro-Mechanical construction projects
3. Drawing up and submitting Tenders and Bids
4. Develop Risk Assessment, Risk Impact Matrix and Risk Mitigation Plans including robust project execution protocols and MIS reports.
5. Close and focused Coordination with Business Development, Project Management, Logistics and Legal Team for appreciation of appropriate Cross Functional inputs for putting together a comprehensive Bid and execution of major turnkey projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum B.Eng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional certification in Project Management eg. (PMP certification) is a must.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years’ of demonstrated and proven experience in companies of International repute in estimation and competitive pricing proposals as well as project coordination for Multi-Disciplinary construction projects, more specifically, Water Projects , including Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment projects.
