RECORDS MANAGEMENT CLERK (1 Position)

To provide management of records and archives in the hospital and ensure compliance with statutory bodies, approved records and Archives strategy, policies and standards.

KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage analytic requirements of the business.
• Gather, analyse, interpret, elevates, and expose data into information and create knowledge for efficient organizational decision making.
• Manage the use and administration of Clinical Application, SAP, and other Business applications.
• Provide regular feedback to Management regarding process, occurrences that will affect business.
• Produce technical and user documentation.
• Coordinate projects within and cross – functions.
• Collaborates with the technical team to ensure the optimal performance and data integrity of the Clinical System, SAP and
• A minimum of Diploma in Archives & Records management/ Library & Information Science or Degree in Health Information Management
• 3 years relevant experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of electronic Document and Records Management systems will be an added advantage.
