POST: DATA CENTER SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Key Requirements

• Ability to design and present complex Enterprise solutions to Senior Management in an organization
• Candidate should possess thorough knowledge of Cisco, DellEMC, VMware, Veeam and Microsoft Technologies in the areas of Data Center, Networking, Security, Messaging and Virtualisation.
• Ability to produce a technical proposal based on customer’s business requirements
• Demonstratable ability to implement these solutions

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 7 years in ICT focusing on B2B solutions
• Must have experience ion pitching and closing sales to Enterprise customers at a high level
• Must have DataCenter implementation, administration and support expenence
• Must have ability to design DataCenter solutions for customers
• At least 5 years experience selling Managed/Outsourced solutions to Enterprise customers

Responsibilities

• Create a robust sales pipeline within Enterprise prospects and customers
• Designing and implementing large-scale network and DataCenter infrastructure projects
• Coordinate and facilitate customer meetings with appropriate internal resources and subject matter experts
• Develop solution presentations, proposals and quotations to win new enterprise customers
• Consistent revenue delivery through lead identification, qualification and sales pipeline management.
• Work closely with Vendors such as Cisco, DellEMC, HPE, VMware, Veeam, Microsoft etc to develop and close business

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Servers and Storage Management
• ITIL
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
• Dell Certified Associate
• HPE Certification
• Server certification such as Comptia Server*
• Other relevant courses such as Veeam, VMware, Fortinet, Cloud etc will be an added advantage.
