An opportunity has arisen for the position of:

Security Coordinator- Tenable in Lobatse

Main purpose of the Job:

To organize, plan, coordinate the provision of security services to safeguard the assets of the Commission and minimize assets losses and risks in the most cost-effective manner. Ensures availability, optimal utilization and serviceability of the Commission’s fleet and to ensure business efficiency and continuity.

Key Performance Areas

• Establishes and ensures availability of a comprehensive security & fleet management tools such as policy, standards, procedures and guidelines that support the organization to create, and maintain a conducive security environment to have an effective and efficient security & fleet management system.

• Ensure proper coordination and implementation of the security and fleet management system throughout the organization to ensure accountability and security against unauthorized access to the Commission’s assets.

• Ensures protection of the company’s assets against unauthorized access and destruction thereof

• Monitors outsourced security services performance and provide advisory service to the Commission and security provider to ensure compliance with the best security management practices

Qualification and Experience Required:

Diploma in Security Management or related management qualification

Experience: At least 5 years relevant professional experience within the security environment at supervisory level and may include tenure as a police officer or military service member.
