INVESTMENT OFFICER – BDC

INVESTMENT OFFICER

You will assist Senior Investment Officers to identify viable investment transactions through mapping, research and pipeline management. You will analyse financial statements, prepare financial models, and conduct industry, market and company research as well as participate in all aspects of the Corporation’s deal approval process.

You will have a Bachelors’ degree, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the financial services sector; 2 years of which should be in corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or strategy consulting. Strong financial, analytical, and modelling skills will be a requirement. A professional qualification such as CFA or CIMA will be an added advantage.
