Sales & Operations Director

We are looking for an individual experienced in FMCG distribution to work in our organization as a Sales & Operations Head.

Sales responsibilities:

1. Creating and managing an on-field sales & merchandising team
2. Listing products with different FMCG chains and local independent retailers/ wholesalers
3. Liaising with suppliers on promotions and coordinating orders
4. Responsible for finding new agencies to bring into the market
5. Creating sales targets and ensuring the sales team meets targets

Operations Responsibilities:

1. Creating a team that will:
2. Oversee distribution & logistics requirements and gaps
3. Create and run a tight stock management system

There will be an additional responsibility for training and development of workforce

Candidate Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum Education of Bachelors in Business/Finance/Marketing/Supply chain
2. Over 3 years in FMCG Distribution/Retail with experience in Sales and/or Operations, preferably someone who has worked their way up into a management role.
3. Minimum Proficiency in Microsoft Office
4. Candidate must be self-driven and extremely hands-on
