PROJECT MANAGER

Proven ability in managing a team of up to 200 artisans and labourers, in remote areas including set up of site, full project management, project closure and site rehabilitation. Communicate with Architects, Engineers & Sub-contractors & make sure that the work methods are compliant to the clients/ projects needs and ensure that all activities are done in accordance to the relevant laws and regulations. Train and mentor workers at the site.

Applicants must have a higher education qualification, 15-20 years relevant with Management experience, all round practical maintenance and construction knowledge, strong administrative skills and ability to read and understand technical plans.
