Key Responsibilities
- Maintains work schedules for Field Technicians and ensures that all schedules are operating according to plan
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develops and maintains daily and weekly field operation reports and client business tracking files (awareness, usage, share, volumes, etc.)
- Ensuring that set service level agreements are met
- Oversees the activities of Field Operations Technicians
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Degree in Business, or a related qualification
- Must have ERB Certification
- Experience in the telecommunications industry would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedule
- Valid light Duty Driver’s license
