SENIOR DEBT MANAGER – Gaborone – Transport Holdings

Transport Holdings is a leading logistics provider in the SADC region and provides domestic, cross border, and international logistics services to the Mining. Industrial, Retail and FMCG markets. They are looking for a suitably qualified people to fill the following position:

SENIOR DEBT MANAGER – Gaborone

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Management of accounts receivable team and debt collectors
• Provide leadership to the collections team
• Develop and implement incentives and targets for collections
• Manage staff resources to ensure optimal staffing requirements for collections department

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ Degree in Finance)
• At least 10-12 years experience in Debtor management.
• Should be excellent in client relationship management, independent, driven and a strong leader.
