We are looking for full-time Human Resources Assistant

Position: HR Assistant XI

We are looking for a passionate HR professional to assist in developing managing, coordinating, and administering multiple HR activities so as to enable Alpha Direct to attract, better manage develop and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.

Summary of Roles &Responsibilities:

• Participate in recruitment efforts
• Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process
• Prepare new employee files
• Update and enter data on the computer system
• Administrate payroll and benefits
• Administration or employee resignations/terminations
• Responsible for opening and administering employee personnel files

Summary of Competencies and Skills Required:

• Excellent Computer skills
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Botswana Labour Laws

Qualifications / Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business or equivalent field.
2. One-two (1-2) years’ experience in Administrative and/or Operational HR
