Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced professional receptionist to join our newly founded company Avian Pty Ltd which provides fully furnished and serviced office spaces to our clientele.

As the first point of contact for the offices, the candidate should be well-spoken, energetic, willing to learn and take instructions, flexible and efficient.

Qualifications

• BGCSE or higher qualifications
• Proficient in both English and Setswana
• Experience in a professional environment is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities;

• Receiving visitors at the front desk and providing excellent front office service
• Effectively managing the reception area, boardrooms and other spaces and ensuring that there are presentable and tidy.
• Answering screening and distribution of switchboard calls.
• Receiving sorting and distribution of mail and documents received at the office in a prompt and effective manner.
• Sourcing quotations, receiving and checking order
• BasK administrative tasks including photocopying scanning and filing of documents
• Maintaining COVID-19 registry
