GENERAL MANAGER – Deception Valley Lodge

Deception Valley Lodge:

Requires a capable, stable and energetic GENERAL MANAGER with proven ability to work as part of a team and has a passion for people and the bush.

Duties include overall management of the lodge and other planned accommodations’. Will be responsible for development and maintenance of budgets both capital and operational, property planning, overall guest welfare, guest activities, compliancy with government laws and requirements for all three companies, HR, all training programs. Candidate should have strong administrative and accounting skills.

Minimum tertiary qualifications:

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management, and a minimum of 5 years work experience at Management level are essential.
• Speaking Dutch or German an advantage.
• Applicant should also have good computer skills and a driver’s license is also required.
