Store Keeper

Job title: Store Keeper

Duties:

1. Control of Head Office and other sites stock, checking the items in the requisitions from the site whether available in HeadOffice or other sites and inform
2. Receiving goods, checking Invoice and all documents with physical quantities/items, making GRN in ERP and handing over the copies to Purchases and Accounts Departments
3.Delivery of goods as per delivery note
4. Arranging site-wise files, maintaining tools issue register
4. Attending to other activities of transport for licence disc renewals
5.Accompanying company truck/vehicles for delivery as per need.

Qualifications

1.Minimum of Cambridge Certificate and equivalent
2.Good verbal and written communication skills
3. Good knowledge of MS Office and other computer adapting skills
4. Two or three years of working experience in stores area in good size business unit is a must
5. Must be organised, punctual and dedicated to work
