Sales Executive Engineer – Instrumentation Services (Pty) Ltd

Instrumentation Services (Pty) Ltd, a well-established Control & Instrumentation, Automation and Telemetry Engineering Company is looking to hire a Sales Executive Engineer for their head office in Gaborone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Customer Need Analysis and presenting the Customer with possible Instrumentation Automation Solutions.
• Understanding our Basket of Product Portfolio Functionality and possible problems and figuring out a way to handlethem.
• Determining the Best Products to meet the requirements of our customers.
• Assisting the Sales Administration Personnel.
• Providing Technical Expertise in Products and/or Services remotely and on the ground.
• Taking part in exhibitions, and other events to help in the sa les of products and/ or service.
• Train colleagues on Basic Technical aspects of a Product and/ or Service.
• Have an in-depth technical knowledge about the products, their working and their prosand cons.
• Sending technical specification to potential buyers along with the sales quotes
• Revising and improving technical manuals.

• Field Instrumentation on Brand Names including Endress+Hauser, Pepperl+Fuchs> Baker Hughes etc.

• E & I Construed on/Com missioning / Start-up
• Proficiency in the use of FIX, IN TOUCH and RSVIEW 32

Requirements and Technical Skills Required:

• Have thorough knowledge about the different instrumentation and automation products and their working.
• Be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Be able to translate technical jargon so that laypeople can understand it.
• Have leadership qualities and good presentation skills.
• Have Business and Commercial Acumen.
• Be ableto make efficient demos within a specific period of time.
• Be good in written and spoken communication.
• Be good in projection and sales.

Qualifications:

• A Minimum of a Diploma in Instrumentation or Automation Engineering or any related field.
• Preference to be given to ERB Registered Candidates
