HEAD: CORE (1 Position)

This is a key technical position; your principal responsibility is the Core network and international carrier services, with focus on group core network coherence and integration. This includes high-level design, capacity planning and redundancy management. You will also be responsible for alignment with the group Core Network strategy and need an in depth understanding of various backhaul mediums.

Qualifications and Experience: 12-15 years’ experience in the Enterprise ISP environment is necessary and you must be proficient and comfortable with advanced switching & routing methodologies, systems architecture, transmission infrastructure, and hosted environments.CCNA, CCNP and CCENT Certification minimum, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIP certifications would be an advantage.

Data centre management, Project management, Power management is required and Basic Fall Arrest and working at heights experience is required. Vendor experience required: CISCO, Juniper, ADVA, Infmera, NEC PTR RADWIN, Mikrotik, VMWare, Dell VNX, Fortigate, Windows Server, Linux.
