RECEPTIONIST

VACANCY : RECEPTIONIST

A new Medical Centre is looking to hire two Receptionists for their location in Francistown.

JOB OUTLINE

Includes but not limited to: Day to day administrative business duties, Receive phone calls

Registering clients and scheduling Doctor’s appointments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

-Keeping the Reception and Back office clean

-Answering Phone calls

-Making sure refreshments are at customers reach at all time

-Handling all walk-in customers and referring them to the relevant practitioner

-Maintaining the Appointment book

-Client relationship; ie following up with clients to check continued client satisfaction

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

-Certificate or Diploma in Administration or Business related course.

-2 years of relevant experience

-Good Customer service (Very Important)- the certificate will be an added advantage

-High level of professionalism

-Must be able to work under pressure – Accuracy and Attention to Details

-Good communication skills (Written & Verbal Communication)

-Punctual, Organised and Fluent in both English and Setswana
