COMPANY SECRETARY & LEGAL

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role is responsible for the Hospital’s legal obligations and Board secretarial duties/ services in pursuit of the promotion of good governance and administration of the Board’s affairs. The role is also responsible for managing all aspects of risks to the organisation, its employees, clients, reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders.

CONTRACT PERIOD:

• Five (5) years

QUALIFICATIONS:

• LLB/ Master’s degree in Law or Equivalent «CIS Professional Qualification will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE:

• At least ten (10) years post qualification experience in Compliance or Governance of which five (5) should have been at a management level in a major organization, preferably a corporate environment.
