Main purpose of the job

To implement Self Help Housing Agency (SHHA) program in accordance the Housing Policy and related statutes.

Duties:

• Monitors the implementation of Housing Policy and related legislation.
• Manages the implementation of SHHA, collection of revenue on SHHA loans to ensure development of a revolving fund for the sustainability of the SHHA Program.
• Supervises and guides subordinates in accordance with set standards.
• Initiates self-help housing needs and programs for the low income groups.
• Fxiucates plot holders on the importance of repaying their building loans.
• Undertake any other related duties as directed by management.
